Our reliable opening allows you to easily close the package, and re-seal it to maintain the contents shelf life. For an added layer of protection, heat the package to render it airtight. An airtight package is the only way to assure that the stored product stays fresh. Our 3.5-4 mils thick Metallized Mylar Foil will block out any moisture or UV rays. These elements risk degrading your product, causing coffee to go stale or powders to become clumped together. Our thick metallized mylar foil material prevents this from happening, and once the package is heat-sealed, the product will have a long and stable shelf life. The bottom gusset on these packaging bags increases the internal capacity, as well as enable the bag to pack your products;

VACUUM BAGS
Vacuum bags are one of the best flexible packaging methods as it is space convenient and easy to display. It is useful in removing excess air before sealing the bag. This Bags are considered to be a very plain packaging pouch but BAGEASE.CN offers much more.

By the use of the rotogravure techniques, we can custom print on vacuum bag. BAGEASE.CN makes use of the same techniques to print vacuum bags in 9 different colours.

There are two types of Vacuum Packaging Bags : Laminated and Co extruded Vacuum bags. In the laminated Vacuum Packaging Bags, the custom print is on the upper layer and is sandwiched in between two layers. So the print is not affected by scratches on the top. But in the Co extruded Vacuum Packaging Bags, the print is on the top layer. If the top layer gets scratched, there is a probability that the print will rub off making co extruded bags cheaper than laminated vacuum bag, even though its product shelf life is not good in comparison to laminated vacuum bag.

Vacuum Packaging Bags are mainly used to pack fresh produce such as meat, fish, poultry, fruit and organic food to better protect them from moisture and harmful molecules that could spoil your product.

A degassing valve can be added on the Coffee Bean Bag. These valves are made from nylon filter mash and they stabilize the overpressure in the package. A degassing valve allows to immediately package coffee after heat and grinding treatment to keep intact the rich aroma and fresh taste. You wouldn’t be required to wait for the coffee to release all its gas to package it after roasting.All of which are laminated with metalized or aluminum foil films to protect the coffee from oxidation as coffee beans are sensitive to oxygen.

Oxo-Degradable are mainly based on polyethylene and contain additives that cause the plastic to degrade.
The additives are typically organic compounds of transition metals (such as cobalt, iron, nickel, and manganese).
Oxidative degradation is a complex series of chemical reactions in which the long chains of polyethylene molecules are broken down into shorter lengths by the action of oxygen,
ultra-violet light and/or heat. This degradation process causes deterioration in the strength of the plastic, which becomes brittle and easily fragments into small pieces.
